IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD AS THE CAPACITY TO THINK CRITICALLY ABOUT MORAL VALUES AND DIRECT OUR ACTIONS IN TERMS OF SUCH VALUES, IS A GENERIC HUMAN CAPACITY.
